November's 'Book of the Month' could have been written especially to encourage us all right now. It's J. Garrett Kell's 'Church: Why Should I Go?'

Another one in the 9Marks 'First Steps' Series, it is ostensibly to explain to new Christians why we 'do' church. But under the current circumstances, it can also be a reminder to our own people why it's so important to gather together when we can - and why it's OK to miss it when we can't!

Although the author is a Baptist minister, and so a couple of sections will need some extra explanation, it is still well worth reading and highlighting to others in our church. Free Church minister James Ross was especially impressed with it, and you can read his full review here.
