Yet again Warren Wiersbe produces an excellent book which is essentially a study on the cross. What this book does is give an exposition of the meaning of the cross in four parts:

- Part 1: What Jesus saw in the cross.

- Part 2: Why Jesus died on the cross.

- Part 3: What Jesus said from the cross.

- Part 4: How believers should live by the cross.

In typical Weirsbe style, the book is written in a very orderly, clear, practical and memorable way. It is theologically enlightening, practically edifying and spiritually nourishing. This could be used for individual or group bible study on the issue that is the crux of the Christian faith: Christ and him crucified.
