Book of the Month: November 2021
This book is a remarkable autobiographical account. It's the heartbreaking story of the aftermath of nine year old Jennifer Cardy's abduction and murder, as told by her mother. It is unvarnished and heartbreaking to read, but incredibly encouraging. The Cardys' experience was touched by the Lord at every moment, not least in His gentle leading of Jennifer's father to faith through the whole terrible ordeal.
I cannot emphasise enough how important a book this is. It is moving and suffused with the compassionate touch of our Saviour. Whatever we go through in life, we all need to be reminded that Jesus' love is rock solid throughout the bad as well as the good. You can read my full review here.
